Check out 12:00 pm (can store belongings)

Early check in and late check out are available subject to availability.

Roof top breakfast is available daily from 8:00am – 11am in season

CANCELATION POLICY
Individual reservations canceled within 3 days of arrival shall not incur cancelation charges beyond the applicable one night retention charge plus tax and and 5% return fee.

Group reservations (4 or more combined beds, rooms, or suites) canceled outside a 30 day window will have a 50% retention charge plus tax and a 5% return fee. Group cancelations made within the 30 day window are not refundable.

Certain special booking rates, booking dates, or packages will not be applicable to cancelation policy and will always be charged in full.

Non announced no shows will not be refunded for any reason.

Once cancelation is made where aplicable refund will be initiated and could take up to 15 business days to return. Refund will be credited to same card used for reservation.

Management maintains the right to cancel any reservation if deemed false information has been provided at time of such reservation.

PAYMENT POLICY
All reservations must be paid in full prior to usage.

Payments may be made through gateway link or with credit card on site.

Clients must present valid, government issued photo ID upon arrival.

Extensions will be based on availability and pricing will be based on rate at time of extension requested.

Reservations are not transferible.

TERMS OF USAGE
Quiet time in Hostal 10:00pm.

Quiet time in Suites 11pm.

No food or drinks allowed in dorms.

Celular phones must be on silent inside dorms.

No smoking allowed inside entire building.

No drug consumption allowed inside building.

All pets must be authorized by management prior to arrival.

Lost or damaged towels 25 usd charge.

Lost or damaged entrance bracelet 35 usd charge.

Management maintains right to charge any client for any damage or missing items caused by client or guest.

Only reserved clients are allowed inside the boutique hostal and at restaurant.

Management maintains the right to remove any unruly guest at anytime for any reason without refund.

Just Beachy PV, the owner of the property, property management, and property employees are not responsible for any personal harm or personal loss for any reason, and are not responsible for contacting individuals in relation to such incidents.

Any left items found will be held until the end of that business day.

Guests must adhere to safety, security, discipline, and hygiene policies provided by management. If not management has the right to remove client from property without refund.

Management maintains the right to change Terms and Conditions and any change will be immediately posted.
