They are both located in the same building but not same area. The Boutique Hostal is located on the first floor of the spacious building, has its own private entrance, and is quite exclusive. The suites are located on the top two floors of the building, have their own private entrances, their own private balconies, are secluded, well done, and are quite comfy.

The Just Beachy PV Boutique Hostal is referred to as “boutique” for the unmatched exclusivity and comfortability that is offered in a hostal setting. Maximum 6 guests in a dorm, max 14 total hostal guests, high quality bedding, in bed connectivity, blackout curtains, climate control, lovely bathing areas, well done interiors, unique shared areas, and a complete, daily breakfast are just a few of the amenities that make Just Beachy Boutique Hostal a boutique hostal.

The Just Beachy PV Suites are extremely nice and extremely comfortable. Our one bedroom condos, two bedroom lofts, and three bedroom suites come fully equipped with tasteful bedrooms, lovely living spaces, complete kitchens, super clean bathrooms, and your own private ocean and romantic zone view balcony. The suites are located on the top two floors of the building offering complete seclusion from the boutique hostal yet with access to all boutique hostal amenities.

Absolutely. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. However If our reservations permit there is flexibility with all guests with our check in and check out schedules. Your experience is of upmost importance. If reservations do not permit us to provide extra in room time we can professionally store your things and offer an area to freshen up.

Yes we do our absolute best. Your comfort is of our upmost concern in the Just Beachy PV Boutique Hostal. We have three total dorms offering exclusivity with only 14 total boutique beds. One dorm with 6 boutique beds and two dorms with 4 boutique beds. We can happily accommodate our guests as they wish. We also have four hot, strong, private showers. Two for men and two for women to adequately handle your bathing needs.

There are 14 boutique hostal beds, 2 private rooms with private baths, 2 one bedroom condos, 2 two bedroom lofts, and 1 three bedroom suite. We can comfortably accommodate up to 45 guests at the same time. Our roof top restaurant facilities as well provides seating for that amount of guests.

Yes we have peaceful nights at Just Beachy PV. Our location provides access to all the local eats and tourist treats but is located perfectly as to offer quiet, relaxing nights. You can party the night away nice and close or you can rest up comfortably for tomorrow’s activities. Nights are quite cozy at the Just Beachy PV Boutique Hostal and Suites whether staying in a secluded suite or one of our boutique hostal beds.

Pets are not allowed in the boutique hostal but are permitted in the suites upon pre arrival authorization by Just Beachy PV Boutique Hostal and Suites management. Pets do come with an extra charge and owners may be required to leave a deposit depending on stay time.

The closest beach to Just Beachy PV Boutique Hostal and Suites is Puerto Vallarta’s best beach. That beach is Playa Los Muertos and it is an easy, slow paced 10 minute walk from door to sand!!! Soft sand, swimmable waters, endless views, beach activities, beach front restaurants, local vendors, pretty people and more await you at Playa Los Muertos!

Taxi from the airport that you pick up all the way outside the terminal by the bar. Having said that there are a couple more options. Airport taxis aren’t cheap but they are easy to get outside the terminal and arrive in 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
Another option, if traveling light, is to walk 10 minutes to the Marina Plaza. There is a large grocery store and McDonald’s there. City taxis are there for half the price or use an Uber for even less. City taxis and Ubers cannot pick you up at the airport. Some people cross the bridge for a cab. That is not our best recommendation because that cab has to go up the highway to make a u turn so it’s more time and not a lot of savings. Vacation time is valuable!
